WHAT TYPE OF JOBS ARE AVAILABLE?
Depending on your experience, we have several different opportunities available. Positions require seasonal travel within the state of Ohio. Seasonal opportunities include amusement ride attendants, ticket sellers, food service and preparation, and truck drivers (with or without a CDL). Crew members with experience will be given the opportunity to move into roles of more responsibility including ride foremen and management positions that pose year round benefits.
WHAT ACCOMMODATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR TRAVELERS?
Some individuals provide their own personal living quarters, however, for employees who need assistance, we provide bunkhouse-style living quarters for all of our employees. These units are equipped with heating and air conditioning as well as shower facilities. We provide transportation to each location and also have means for laundry and personal needs.
WHAT BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE?
All seasonal employees are eligible for a bonus upon completion of the season. Bonuses are based on the number of weeks worked as well as job performance and quality. Health benefits are available to personnel who occupy full time positions as well as a retirement plan.
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED TO JOIN?
The experience necessary varies depending on position. Many positions require little or no experience with essential provided training. Year round positions are attainable for individuals with technical, mechanical, and painting backgrounds. Since most of our employees have direct contact with our customers, we require employees to have good people skills and are presentable in appearance. Our job is to provide a safe and fun experience for our customers.
