Support equipment is a very important part of our business that most patrons rarely notice.  Bates Brothers Amusement Co. has an on site office at each event.  The office is where our team members start their day, receive their uniform, and ride assignment. 

Powering Bates midways are six 500kw Cummins generators, which are keept in immaculate condition.  Our truck fleet consists of over 40 trucks that get our rides, food and game concessions, and support trailers from location to location.  Each Bates unit has a maintenance shop trailer that houses spare parts, tools, machines, etc. that are necessary to make almost any repair on site.  Our shop trailer is an important asset for our maintenance staff to keep our equipment in great shape!

When our customers walk onto a Bates Brothers midway we them to have a great experience, starting with an inviting atmosphere supported by the bright colors of our rides, canvas, flags, and signage.  Appearance is key, from our equipment down to our employees who wear uniform shirts, shorts/pants, hats and/or jackets.

Customers will have no problem locationg our brightly lit ticket boxes on the midway.  As you walk around you will find benches with our company logo that say “take a seat and rest your feet” along with relaxation station tents for shade and comfort.  Our food concessions have their own seating area with picnic tables so our customers can enjoy all the food that fair goers crave in a relaxing setting! 

Moving our carnival from week to week, event to event, takes hard work from our team members.  We take pride in the appearance and safety of our operation.  We welcome you to come out and enjoy our guest comforts and amenities at any of our great events.
